1. Fill out the Application Form
2. Complete credit report: www.equifax.ca
3. Once the above steps are completed and approved, and we have your deposit of $100 (application fee) in the form of a cheque or money order, ensure that you have the following documents available:

A) Recent pay stub
B) Letter of employment from your most current employer

If we do not currently have a house that meets your criteria, we ask that you fill out our
Owner-Occupant Buyer form. By filling out this form (FREE OF CHARGE), you are telling us what kind of house you are looking for, and this gives us the chance to keep our eyes open for an appropriate house. When we do, you are contacted even BEFORE we advertise the house to the public!
